Terms of Service

By using ArmoryLink (the “Service”) at armorylink.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ArmoryLink lets you upload player-exported World of Warcraft character snapshots, keep private drafts, and publish shareable private armory links (identity-redacted by default). The Service is provided by six87 labs as an independent fan tool.
2. Not affiliated with Blizzard
World of Warcraft® and Blizzard Entertainment® are trademarks of their respective owners. ArmoryLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. Game data shown is player-exported or enriched from public community sources for display convenience.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email you control for magic-link authentication.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to break security, or violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain rights to the character data you export. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that data as needed to operate the Service (including public listing views you publish).
You represent that you have the right to upload and share the data, and that doing so does not violate game terms of use, platform rules, or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity or fraud
- Attempt unauthorized access, scrape aggressively, or disrupt infrastructure
- Upload malware or content unrelated to legitimate character armories
- Misrepresent completeness (e.g. claiming bank was scanned when it was not)
- Resell the Service itself as a white-label without permission
6. Credits & payments
- Importing drafts is free. Publishing a listing consumes credits as described on the site.
- New accounts may receive a promotional signup credit (publish-only), which can change.
- Paid credit packs are non-transferable. Unless required by law, unused credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe under their terms.
7. Shared armories
Published links may expire, be unpublished, or be removed for abuse, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee continuous availability or that a link will remain at the same URL forever.
ArmoryLink is an armory / export tool — not a marketplace, broker, or escrow. Any transactions users arrange offline are outside the Service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or free of residual identity leakage.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIX87 LABS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR CREDITS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless six87 labs from claims arising out of your content or your use of the Service.
11. Changes & termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable effort to notify active users when practical.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which six87 labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
